Draping the walls of the popular gallery and creative space MonOrchid in Downtown Phoenix, Chris Maker takes this opportunity to display his collection of work that’s taken him exactly 10 years to piece together. The once architect turned artist, has a lot to say about the style and the shapes he places together build his architecture and design-inspired artwork.

Glorious and perfectly located outside the patio of the newly opened Cobra Bar in Downtown Phoenix, collaborators El Mac and David Choe meet up again to create this Medusa inspired mural as their newest project.

While we’re still in this wintertime that has real bitter bite to it this year, I think we can all benefit from keeping the sweaters and jackets out a little longer than usual. Breezy and chilly on the outside, I like being able to take off a layer when I get inside and move around. (Believe me, you would too when everywhere you go has that heat cranked up a couple of degrees.)

Interested in the concept and the vision for Square 1, they’ve been intrigued since day one and always say they can see its success on the horizon.

Counting down to the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, artists, designers, and all types of fans are paying homage to the classic collection of films and it characters. From posters to mini fridges, the fandom is coming out of everybody. But as much the Star Wars artwork and imaginary toys I’ve seen floating around, Blank Williams and his concept Storm Trooper helmets might just take the cake.

Slamming the elements of pop culture, cartoons, typography, and his distinctive style, Tristan Eaton might have started in the streets, but its the galleries that are calling his name now.

Excited to see what the buzz was about for the menswear designers at Phoenix Fashion Week 2015, I could always count on Eleveé to hit the runway and deliver a well put together collection, but this year I wanted more. More style and more wearability. And after what I saw this years show, I can tell they’re heading in the right direction.

Blending his surroundings with his experiences, New Jersey based artist Joe Iurato’s distinctively clean and photorealistic cutouts bring the art of perspective and scenery all into one.

From the Art Galleries to the record stores, the Cantinas to the Coffee Shops, Roosevelt Row has always been a place of creativity for myself and the community around it. A place to meet new people and embrace the culture that is building me into one of their own. So to the entire neighborhood and the people who live in it, I just want to say, Big Props to you guys!

Completely designed and tailored with the 1950’s classic man in mind, Stacey Grondahl at We Do Men has quite the hidden gem in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. After hearing about the experience and intrigued to see what this “Man Spa” is all about, I was a little curious to see what the atmosphere is going to be like. But after looking into it, meeting Stacy herself, and her telling me to come in and get a “Quickie”, I didn’t need much convincing to sign up.
